Build a Talent Pipeline
Tri-C connects employers to current students and alumni. Through apprenticeships and “earn-as-you-learn” opportunities, Tri-C can help employers build strong teams with skilled and qualified employees.
Get Customized Training
Tri-C’s Workforce Division helps employers develop specialized training. The College’s subject matter experts will work closely with employers to design an industry-recognized training program.
Upskill Your Teams
Tri-C’s employer support team helps employers design a custom approach for continued education, development and tuition reimbursement programs, increasing their return on investment.
Employer Resources
Cuyahoga County and the state of Ohio provide resources to help employers create a pipeline of skilled workers.
TechCred is a state program that helps build a skilled workforce for a tech-infused economy. To participate, employers partner with an approved credential provider, enroll their employees in the program, and upload proof of credential completion to the TechCred website. Employers will be reimbursed for tuition, lab fees, manuals, textbooks and certification costs up to $2,000 per credential.

Ohio Means Jobs | Cleveland-Cuyahoga County helps employers develop a training plan for employees and connect to Cuyahoga County’s network of business support services. Work-based training options include:
- On-the-Job Training
- Incumbent Worker Training
- Customized Training
Employee Tuition Assistance and Third Party Pay
