Transcripts
You have applied to Tri-C and need to send in your official* transcripts. Please see the instructions below based on your student type:
High School Students:
Have your official* high school or GED transcript sent to the Office of the Registrar.

*An official transcripts must be printed within the last year and sent directly from the institution in a sealed envelope and is designated "official" in writing or by virtue of transcript format. Official transcripts can be hand-delivered to any Enrollment Center office as long as the transcript is in a sealed envelope. Faxed transcripts are not accepted.
High school transcripts must be regionally accredited or minimally be registered with the Department of Education in the state in which the high school is located, if that department has jurisdiction over the high school. Schools that are not regionally accredited or registered with the Department of Education will not be accepted.
Home Schooled Students:
For home schooled students, please submit your final high school transcript and letter from the school district where you reside in which the school district acknowledges your home schooling completion.
International Students:
Students who need their foreign high school transcript evaluated should complete this form.
Transfer Students:
To make sure that credits from another institution transfer to Tri-C in the most time effective manner visit our Transfer Center for transcript requirements.
Accreditation:
Tri-C is accredited by the North Central Association and accepts credit for academic work competed at colleges or universities with the following regional accreditation:

- Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools
- New England Association of Schools and Colleges
- North Central Association of Colleges and Schools
- Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities
- Southern Association of Colleges and Schools
- Western Association of School and Colleges Commission
