"I am proud to work for an organization which values and promotes diversity the way Tri-C does. The College offers a variety of speakers, presentations and programs throughout the year that focus on different areas of diversity so that everyone can benefit in some way.

I am especially proud of our annual events such as the College-Wide Diversity Week Celebration, Disability Awareness Day, and Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration.  We make it our goal to not only express by our words, but by our actions as well, that “Our Strength is our Diversity." Each member of the College family has something unique to offer, based on their own life experiences.  I applaud the College for creating an environment where those experiences can be shared and celebrated."
