Encouraging Professional Development

Organizational Development encourages the professional development of Tri-C employees through continuous learning opportunities. In addition to individual training and customized team retreats, we host annual conferences and workshops for support staff and executives.

Education Fund Program

Employees who wish to further their educational endeavors may be eligible to participate in the Education Fund Program. This program provides financial support to help employees obtain a degree or other development consistent with job duties beyond the Associate level. 

Remission of Fees

To encourage employees to become lifelong learners, the Remission of Fees program pays instructional fees for Tri-C courses.  Eligibility requirements, type of course covered, and the amount eligible for reimbursement vary by employee group.

Faculty & Staff Tuition Reduction

Reduced tuition is available to eligible employees of Tri-C at the following:

• Franklin University
• Tiffin University
• Western Governors University
