During your first week, you will meet with a Total Rewards representative to discuss retirement and benefit options.
In order to achieve student success, we invest in our employees. That investment comes in the form of relationship building and development opportunities. Your manager will discuss required and recommended trainings, as they relate to your role.
As you settle into your new role at Tri-C, take the opportunity to build relationships with your colleagues by attending an on-campus or virtual event, or join one of our health and wellness activities.
Employees have many opportunities for training including face-to-face and online classes.
