DegreeWorks is a computerized degree audit program and academic advising tool that allows you to view your progress toward graduation. Measuring your completed coursework against program requirements, the system produces an easy-to-read audit report for you to review with your counselor.

The report is divided into blocks (such as general education requirements and communication requirements), and checkboxes within each block designate completed courses and requirements.

DegreeWorks provides an unofficial, up-to-date audit of completed coursework and program requirements. It is not an official transcript or an official notification of degree or certificate completion.

Schedule an appointment with your counselor to review your DegreeWorks audit.

A residency requirement is the number of credit hours you must successfully complete at Tri-C in order to earn a degree or certificate.

• Associate degree: Minimum 20 instructional hours of 60 semester credit hours
• Short-term certificate, certificate of proficiency or post-degree professional certificate: Minimum nine instructional hours of total semester credit hours (varies by program)
