More than 1,000 credit courses are offered each semester in more than 200 career and technical programs. Tri-C also grants short-term certificates, certificates of proficiency and post-degree professional certificates.
Tri-C's Workforce Training provides both non-credit and credit training for individuals and businesses to assist individuals with skills leading to employment. Tri-C's Corporate College provides professional development and corporate training opportunities.

The Instructional Design and Learning Excellence (ID&LE) team is made up of senior instructional designers, a digital instructional accessibility specialist, instructional technologists and instructional support specialists. The team works out of each campus’sCenter for Learning Excellence (CLE). Director
The director is responsible for the planning, implementation and quality of instructional design and academic training to support faculty and students. This position manages the instructional design, development projects and the design team and provides leadership for accreditation, accessibility, compliance and online learning-related considerations.

Senior Instructional Designers
The senior instructional designers work with the faculty on course design, teaching strategies, student engagement, pedagogical implementation, assessments, accessibility and course review.
Assists faculty in flexible course design for personalized student learning experiences
Digital Instructional Accessibility
The digital instructional accessibility specialistprovidesaccessibility advocacy and awareness, enhances inclusion and usability, supports accessibility policy and compliance, and providestraining, outreach, technology reviews and evaluations.

Assists faculty with learning the importance of digital accessibility and creating accessible documents and course materials
Instructional Technologists
The instructional technologists explore new technologies, best practices for teaching with technology, student engagement and technology implementation.

Assists faculty with incorporating technology in their classroom and making courses more engaging, regardless of modality
Instructional Support Specialists
The instructional support specialists create course graphics, multimedia, videos, interactive learning objects and lessons, and develop course materials and documents.
