Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching (CCT)

The Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching (CCT) course prepares the student for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches, and operating environments. The students will learn to diagnose, restore, repair, and replace critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites; understand the Cisco IOS Software operating modes and identify commonly found software; and be able to use the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) to connect and service products. Earning CCT Routing and Switching certification is one of the best foundation ways to begin supporting other Cisco devices and systems.
The class is for those who perform onsite installation, support and maintenance of Cisco networking devices and work with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
