Welcome to Black Diamonds

The Black Diamonds initiative focuses on expanding readiness, access and participation among women of color in careers that offer sustainable pay, security, personal satisfaction and upward economic mobility.

It is a collaborative effort between educational institutions, community organizations, corporate partners and individuals to promote continuous development among African American women and girls in Northeast Ohio.
