Adoptable Animals

Animals are periodically available for adoption through Tri-C's Veterinary Technology Program.

Adoption Package:

• Before adoption, all dogs and cats are:
  • Spayed or neutered
  • Microchipped
  • Given their initial worm and flea treatments
  • Given their initial vaccines
• Adoption cost: 
  • Tri-C Veterinary Technology dogs and cats are free to adopt, but a donation to the program is appreciated.

Adoptable Cats

Brandy

I’m a one year old tortie girl who likes to have a conversation with my humans. I do like to be pet but, I will let you know when I’ve had enough. I do enjoy personal space, but in the same area as my humans. I’ll play with a wand toy, but I usually prefer to just lay on a comfy bed. I’m tolerant of other cats, but I would prefer to be by myself.

Cantaloupe

I’m a 1.5 year old lovely lady who loves all the attention. I like to play with feather duster and wand toys, and catnip makes me happy. You can pick me up, I don’t mind. Please do brush my fur, it tends to pick stuff up as I play. I get along well with other cats as well.

Carmel

I am a one year old sassy orange girl who will accept affection in exchange for food. I like to play with balls, window and people watch. I sometimes get the zoomies, especially when I know food is coming. I am not the biggest fan of other cats but will tolerate their presence from a distance.

Cookie

I am a two year old sweet lady and I love to be pet. I am very chill, playful and cuddly and I get along well with pretty much everyone. I like string toys, laser pointers and toys that make noise. I like to sit on my cat tree and look out the window, and would love it more if you joined me.

Cratchit

I am a 1.5 year old affectionate boy, and I like to explore. I typically want all the attention and will make sure you notice me so I can get it. I like to play with dangly string toys, and I especially like to chase toys. I am treat and catnip motivated. I get along with other cats for the most part, but I do like to instigate a fight when I’m bored.

McMuffin

I am a one year old orange girl who craves attention. I like to be pet and nuzzle your face, and I might even try to climb on your shoulder. I will chase after anything that makes noise and like toys on strings. I really do not like other cats and need to be the only cat in the household. I can sometimes be sassy if I do not like something, but I am usually fine with any kind of pets.

Mini Lop

I’m a nine month old girl and I am very food motivated. I like to eat dry and wet food, and I’m always down for treats. Please scratch me on my head. My favorite toys are those dangly toys on sticks. I am tolerant of other cats, but I would prefer to be the only cat. I like to have long conversations, and I will always tell you how I feel.

Nikki

I am a nine month old crazy girl and like to get out and explore. I will play with pretty much any toy and I do not like to be cooped up all day. I am very food and treat motivated. I can be a bit feisty with other cats who are in my path of exploration. I don’t mind being pet but I prefer to be independent.

Bullet

I'm a 1.5-year-old Shepherd/Terrier mix—an energetic, neutered male looking for a loving home that can handle my chatty personality! I love being around people, running around the play yard, and chasing any toys you give me. I'm very gentle on the leash and a great eater. But fair warning—I have a lot to say! I've made some good dog friends here, but I haven't been tested around children or cats yet.

Lanie

I'm a 1.5-year-old Shepherd/Dane/Boxer mix—an energetic, goofy, spayed female. I love playing fetch with balls and toys in the play yard while learning new tricks. I'm a quick learner, especially when food is involved, and I'm working on my leash pulling and basic training. I get so excited to see people that I sometimes forget how big I am, but with a little corrective training, I could be a fantastic family dog.

Lloyd

I'm a five-year-old Terrier mix—mild-mannered and more interested in cuddles than playing. I'm not the most confident dog and don't get along with everyone, but the students are helping me find some friends. I'm a gentle leash walker and enjoy exploring at a relaxed pace. I do get pretty focused on wildlife outside, but with proper training, I could be a great family companion.

Richie

I'm a one-year-old Terrier mix—a mild-mannered, neutered male looking for a place to call my own. I love being around people, playing in the yard with my dog friends, and I'm happy to walk at whatever pace you choose. I haven't been tested around cats or children yet, but I'm easygoing, and with a little training, I could be a great family dog!

Tessa

I'm a 4.5-year-old Lab/Curr mix—a strong, spayed female looking for a comfy couch to call my own. The students are helping me work on my leash pulling and jumping, and I’m studying hard! I love playing ball in the yard and have some great dog friends—though there are a few I just don’t get along with. I have my energetic moments and can get pretty focused on squirrels, so a home without tiny humans or cats would be best for me.
