Bo Skitsko, owner
Bo-Fit
“I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade and I am the owner of a fitness studio called Bo-Fit (bofitstudio.com). Nowadays, fitness coaches have so many more ways of impacting lives than just training and coaching in person. I am also the proud owner of a health and wellness supplement line, best-selling author of the book “Stay Sore,” host of the “Stay Sore” podcast, motivational speaker and, most importantly, husband and father.
“I can truly say that I get to do what I love every single day, and that is changing lives for a living.”
Mary Sorma, head trainer
Tremont Athletic Club West
“I love working at such a diverse facility. The Athletic Club has allowed me to help busy young professionals build healthy and sustainable habits. Our main mission is ‘Community over competition.’ Helping foster that atmosphere for all clients and members is truly uplifting.”
Alex Sywyj, eHealth coach
Cleveland Clinic
“My work setting is mostly a work-from-home remote setup, but on occasion I head into the Cleveland Clinic Lyndhurst office to have check-ins, meetings and discuss any tech issues or upgrades as needed.
“Working for the Cleveland Clinic has been the culmination of years of hard work and dedication in the health and wellness field. I began my career as a personal trainer and graduate of the SES program. It was during that time that I cultivated a passion for helping people and discovered an interest in health coaching.
“After completing the NWHBC health coaching program with Tri-C, I began applying to a variety of companies seeking health coaches. After a long interview process, the Cleveland Clinic made the choice to trust in my abilities as a coach and brought me on as part of their team.
"In my short time being there, I have already learned so much. I have the opportunity to showcase the coaching skills I acquired during my time in the health coaching program. Through a variety of digital and telephonic mediums I aim to make long-lasting and positive impacts on the participants that are under my care. In addition, I spend time creating health and wellness content for the eCoaching social media, newsletters, as well as contributing to weekly seminars.”
