Complete this form and indicate your program(s) of interest to automatically track your progress toward admission. With this new process, you’ll receive an email at your Tri-C address each time you complete an admissions requirement. Once you complete all requirements, you’ll receive another email with your acceptance status and additional information.

A student who receives a one-year certificate can work in a retail outlet, optical laboratory or a doctor's office. Other career paths can lead to related work as a sales representative for optical products. Note: In order to be eligible to take the State Board Exam for licensure, you must finish the Optical Technology degree program. Certificate Students may apply credits toward the Optical Technology Degree program.
