The Gill and Tommy LiPuma Center for Creative Arts is a 75,000-square-foot building that is home to all Creative Arts programs. The building features recording, dance and theater studios, music and editing rooms and computer labs.

RAT students train inside the building’s recording studios and work on projects for various local and national businesses. The projects teach students how to work in real world settings under actual working conditions. Here's a snapshot of some of the rooms students work in.
