The below information applies to all states and Washington, D.C.
Qualifies students for initial or additional state license:
- Program equips students to complete three degrees that prepare them to complete ASE placement testing at either Entry-Level Certification, Professional Technician, or Master Technician status depending on efforts and time logged.
Licensure required as a prerequisite:
- None.
Licensing board approval:
- Program does not have a state licensing board as this is a nationally accredited program.
- Automotive Service Excellence
Leads to national certification or credential:
- Program provides options for students to pursue three different accredited degrees. Program provides training for students to take the ASE tests to become certified if they choose to do so. ASE certifications are not issued at Tri-C.
