Academic Excellence Scholarship

Academic Excellence Scholarship:
The Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded to new high school graduates from Cuyahoga County and neighboring counties each year. The scholarship provides awards up to $2,750 annually to be used for tuition and fees for two consecutive years of study at Tri-C. Students must have a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 or higher scale and demonstrate excellence in academics, leadership, and service.

Graduates of the Class of 2024 with strong interest in attending Cuyahoga Community College for Fall 2024 should apply for admission to the college.

Academic Excellence Scholarship candidates for 2024-2025 can submit an application beginning November 1, 2023 and complete the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid after December 31, 2023 to be considered for all eligible federal financial aid.
