Frequently Asked Questions
By participating, am I officially a Tri-C student?
In most cases, yes, but some programs are for individuals who are not yet enrolled.
For example, a person may participate in a two-hour career readiness workshop at the Access Center. After participating in the workshop, you may decide to enroll in the Adult Diploma program, Women in Transition program or become a degree-seeking student. At the time of enrollment, you will become a Tri-C student with all the benefits.
Are services one-on-one or group activities?
Both. Services will be provided in group settings as well as one-on-one.
Is childcare available at either location?
Child care is not available at this time in the Access Centers, but Tri-C is exploring options in collaboration with our partners.
Are the services by appointment only?
There will be walk-in opportunities as well as scheduled workshops.
What are the center hours at each location?
The hours are yet to be determined, please check back for more information.
