Mission

Support the Tri-C Learning Community through the management of ethical, legal, timely, and cost-effective procurement processes; the acquisition of quality goods and services from suppliers representative of our diverse community; and due diligence in creating value through customer service, knowledge of the marketplace, and best-in-class procurement practices.

Philosophy

Procurement provides value to taxpayers by seeking fair prices and operating efficiently. We recognize our suppliers as a key source of knowledge and rely on them to help us improve the quality and value of services provided to our students. The College is committed to supporting the Greater Cleveland economy by giving suppliers equitable opportunities to provide goods and services. All suppliers, including small business enterprises, are encouraged to do business with us.
