Internal Communications
The goal of Internal Communications is to keep the Tri-C administration, faculty and staff informed about the College and to seek feedback from those employees. Whether it's an important message from the College president, a change in College policy, or news about faculty winning awards, the Internal Communications Committee (ICC) develops, manages and monitors the appropriate vehicles to share these messages based on community feedback and research.
Communications methods include:
- Inside Tri-C, our national award-winning weekly employee e-newsletter
- Today at Tri-C, our employee/student channel, located on the home tab of my Tri-C space
Tri-C also recently concluded a two-year-long internal communications audit. All employees of the College were asked to give input on how we can better communicate with each other. Based on the audit findings, a plan for improving internal communications was created. That plan is now being implemented by members of the ICC. View the charter and mission of the ICC.
