Program and Course Surveys

If you'd like to get your course or program on a survey schedule, please review the lists of sample survey questions below.

If you are interested in sending surveys, simply choose from the list of questions below. Let us know what courses should receive surveys and when to start.

-LOA will set up a survey schedule for you. Your office staff no longer has to remember when to send surveys every semester. In addition, your results are centralized for easy reference.

-Evaluation results will be emailed to you within two weeks of the semester's end.

-Results will not be shared with anyone, other than those requesting the surveys.
