Contracts/Insurance
Purpose: Marketing and administration of all College insurance programs, processing/reporting of all claims as associated with insurance coverage, process all requests for insurance certificates as related to insurance coverage, process coverage of all underground storage tanks and provide review of all College contracts as related to insurance coverage.
Requesting Certificates of Insurance
If an outside entity requests a Certificate of Insurance, please email risk.management@tri-c.edu with the following information:
- Name and address of entity
- Reason for request (facility rental, contract, etc.)
- Documentation outlining insurance requirements
Submitting Certificates of Insurance
If submitting a Certificate of Insurance (COI):
Certificate should include a full and accurate description of operations and should name the College and its Board of Trustees as additional insureds.
The Certificate Holder section of the Certificate of Liability Insurance on the ACORD form should read as follows:
