TRIO Student Support Services
TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program is a Title IV federally funded grant provided by the U. S. Department of Education. Our mission is to equip traditionally underrepresented students who meet our eligibility requirements with the education, skills, resources, and support they need towards graduation and / or transfer to a four-year institution towards completion of a bachelor’s degree.
TRIO SSS has been on the Metropolitan Campus since 1979 and has a proven track record of success for students. The Western Campus joined the TRIO family in 2010, and our newest member is the Eastern Campus, which started its affiliation in Fall 2015!
As our name suggests, we provide a variety of support services to Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) students who meet grant requirements. All services are provided at no cost to participants.
