Tri-C Hospitality Alumni Hosting Dinner Party To Benefit Students
Colors of Spring on April 3 features nine local chefs
Alumni from the Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) Hospitality Management program will host a dinner event to benefit student scholarships. The program's graduates are curating a full menu of specialty foods and drinks for students, staff, faculty and community members to raise money for current students.
Colors of Spring: A Tri-C Hospitality Management Fundraiser takes place on Thursday, April 3, from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Hospitality Management Center at Public Square (180 Euclid Ave., Cleveland).
Dinner includes seven courses, passed hors d'oeuvres, wine and cocktails, and parking. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased online.

- Kiwi Wongpeng, owner and chef, Thai Thai
- Dan Esquivel, executive chef, Mayfield Sand Ridge Club
- Chris Kafcsak, owner and chef, Nomad Culinary
- Lloyd Foust, production manager, POP Mustards; co-owner, Frankie Lynn Hot Dogs
- Uleisa Young, sous-chef, Skye LaRae's Culinary Services
- Jonathan Barger, executive chef, JACK Thistledown Racino
- Yolanda Ramos, owner and cofounder, Freshly Rooted
- Brandon Pusateri, executive chef, Tony's Family Restaurant
