Medical Imaging Career Fair Connects Employers With Health Career Students and Grads
Highly trained students and grads ready to meet need for health care workers
In an effort to help meet the continuous need for quality-trained and skilled health care workers, more than 35 Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) students and graduates explored in-demand medical imaging career opportunities with healthcare institutions across Northeast Ohio on Thursday, July 28.
Participants networked with representatives from the Cleveland Clinic, Concentra Urgent Care, Crystal Clinic, Mercy Health, MetroHealth, Southwest General, Steel Valley Portable X-ray Service and University Hospitals.
The career fair at Tri-C’s Western Campus in Parma brought together students and graduates from the College’s medical imaging programs — radiologic technology, mammography, diagnostic medical sonography and nuclear medicine technology.
The event was supported by Tri-C's Office of Career Services, which provides career coaching, resources and programs and helps students connect with employers in their career path.
