Free Workouts for Community at Tri-C in April
Tuesday classes led by Sport and Exercise Studies students
Community members are invited to stretch and sweat while supporting students in need. Sport and Exercise Studies students at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) will lead free workout sessions for College employees, students and the public on four dates in April.
Donations to The Pantry at Western Campus are appreciated and will be accepted on the day of the workouts. The Pantry is an on-campus resource that assists students in their pursuit of success. Dry goods, refrigerated/frozen food and personal care items are needed.
All classes will take place in the Western Campus Gymnasium (11000 Pleasant Valley Road, Parma).
Class dates and times are:
Tuesday, April 4 and 18
- 11-11:50 a.m. — Body Weight Total Body Training
- Noon-12:50 p.m. — Yoga and Stretch
Tuesday, April 11 and 25
- 11-11:50 a.m. — Lower Body Strength and Stretch
- Noon-12:50 p.m. — Total Body Toning
