State-of-the-Art Facility Hosts In-Demand Programs
Cuyahoga Community College opened its KeyBank Public Safety Training Center on the Western Campus in September of 2014. This state-of-the-art facility is home to several public safety programs for students and also provides training for public safety departments.

- 12 classrooms, multi-purpose computer lab and EMS skills lab
- 180’ x 600’ paved area for defensive and pursuit-driving techniques
- 4,000 square-foot, two-story burn building for fire simulation and rescue
- Above-ground drainage pipe mazes for practicing confined space maneuvers
- Dual burn trailers
- Military-style fitness and obstacle course area
- New police vehicles, featuring RADAR and LIDAR
- Propane Quads to simulate car fires, dumpster fires and cylinder fires
- State-of-the-art shooting range
