More than 1,000 credit courses are offered each semester in more than 200 career and technical programs. Tri-C also grants short-term certificates, certificates of proficiency and post-degree professional certificates.
Tri-C's Workforce Training provides both non-credit and credit training for individuals and businesses to assist individuals with skills leading to employment. Tri-C's Corporate College provides professional development and corporate training opportunities.
Tri-C offers a variety of affordable and convenient community programs for both adults and youth. These programs are designed to promote individual development.

You must complete all the following actions to be accepted into the Fire Training Academy. There is no specific order that the following actions must be completed. We encourage applicants to work on all actions simultaneously. View all details in the application process.
All forms must be dropped off at the KeyBank Public Safety Training Center by January 7, 2025 for the Spring Night Academy and February 3, 2025 for the Spring Day Academy. You must make an appointment to turn in your complete application packet. Drop‐off is by appointment only. Email mary.fresch@tri‐c.edu to schedule a time.
Do not make an appointment until all requirements are completed, including passing the physical fitness assessment. Appointments are scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Email mary.fresch@tri-c.edu to schedule a time.
