Dr. Monique Wilson is the Executive Director, Center for Information Technology Training with Corporate College, a division of Cuyahoga Community College. She has 20+ years of IT experience; with 8+ years leading large scale projects at Fortune 500 companies and 8+ years in Enterprise Level Configuration Management. She also worked in higher education as an Adjunct Instructor in Information Systems Management and is certified for both online and classroom teaching.
Monique has served as innovator and visionary at a senior-level capacity in several industries relating to health care, IT consulting, manufacturing and education. She has numerous professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Practitioner’s Certificate in Combined Change, Configuration and Release Management.
Prior to Corporate College, Monique was employed as Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain at the Hospital Corporation of American (HCA) responsible for strategic planning prioritization for project roadmap, outlining high-level corporate goals and milestones. Monique’s impressive professional career is comprised of IT management positions at Med Solutions, ACS (Xerox), Bridgestone/Firestone, and as Adjunct Instructor at the University of Phoenix and Volunteer State Community College.
Hamid Abdollahian serves as the CISCO Project Specialist for the Cisco Academy at Cuyahoga Community College. Mr. Abdollahian has expanded Cisco Open Access and Technical Training classes and built relationships with local and regional businesses to promote the training of their personnel through Tri-C. In 2007, the Cisco Regional Networking Academy (now ASC), with the maximum number of aligned Local Academies/Cisco Academies, was recognized as one of the leading Regional Networking Academies in both Ohio and the United States.
Mr. Abdollahian earned an M.S.A. degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois; and holds numerous professional certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, and the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) including CCNP, CCDP, CCDA , CCVA,CCNA,CCSA, CCAI, A+ and CCVP.
Patricia (Trish) Houlehan serves as the IT Training Administrative Coordinator. She has over 25 years’ experience providing administrative support in the public and private sector. Her experience includes 11+ years providing administrative support in an academic environment. Ms. Houlehan is skilled in budget administration, travel planning, event and meeting coordination, and website information management. Currently an Administrative Coordinator to the Executive Director for IT Training Programs at Cuyahoga Community College, Ms. Houlehan focuses on IT Training program support, budget monitoring and departmental operations and systems. Patricia’s focus is on ensuring the needs of clients (both internal and external) are met in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Linda Dyczkiewycz is the program manager for the National STEM Consortium grant Cyber track and supports the IT Training department. Linda brings over 20 years of experience working as an IT Trainer, consultant and independent contractor in both non- and for- profit institutions. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education in Social Studies from Bowling Green State University. She has been at Tri-C for nearly 2 years.
Andrew Dyczkiewycz serves as the Test Administrator and Proctor who administrates certification exams via Pearson Vue, Certiport®, and ACT WorkKeys. He is responsible for managing testing interface, exam delivery and providing students acurate information regarding their testing experience. Andrew is also the Web Content Author for the IT Training and Cisco Technical Training Institute. He also serves as an Advantage WEDD Assistant. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University.
Clarissa White serves as both an Office Assistant and Certified Test Administrator in the IT Training department and provides exceptional customer service to the students who are enrolled in IT Training online programs. She is also responsible for upselling IT Training Department’s online Career Training Programs to help increase online enrollment, student loyalty, and revenue to Tri-C. With over eight years of leadership, 5-star customer service, marketing and organizational skills, Clarissa has helped increase profits to businesses as well as establishing and maintaining customer relationships within the company. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Cleveland State University.
