Transfer Connection Center 

Our Mission:
The Transfer Connection Center is designed to help students navigate the process from degree completion at Tri-C to successful transfer to a four year institution. Available only at the Metropolitan Campus.

We will help you:
  • Determine your readiness to transfer
  • Find a school that best fits your goals
  • Complete the college application
  • Make a personal connection to your four-year-school of choice
  • Schedule a campus tour

Transfer Xpress Events
Upperclassman Week

  • Attend Transfer Ready workshops or meet with representatives from more than 15 colleges during Upperclassman Week! This Fall UC week will be held from October 6th thru October 9th. All of the workshops held during UC Week are unique and covers a wide variety of different topics, such as choosing the right four year school for you, possible scholarship opportunities, housing, student life, perks of transferring with your associate degree and so much more. Stop by the Transfer Center today to pick up a schedule of the weeks events.

   

 

Application Station

  • Apply to the school(s) of your choice with the assistance of Transfer Connection Center staff. We can help you navigate the application process and complete transcript request forms.
  • Fall Application Stations have been scheduled for:
    • Wednesday, September 24th from 10:00am - 12:00pm in MTLC 156
    • Thursday, September 25th from 3:00pm - 5:00pm in MTLC 156  
    • Tuesday, November 11th from 11:00am - 1:00pm in MHCS 231
    • Tuesday, December 2nd from 2:30pm - 4:30pm in MTLC 156

College Tours

  • Travel to various universities and colleges with your fellow Tri-C students. At each institution you will participate in a welcome presentation, campus tour, and lunch with students, faculty and staff from the four year school. Register early for these events – only 20 spaces available per tour!  This spring we will be touring Cleveland State University, University of Akron, Baldwin Wallace University, Hiram College, John Carroll University and Kent State University.
  • For the Fall 2014 semester the Tri-C Transfer Center will be touring (please click on the link next to the colleges information to RSVP for the event or call the office at 216-987-3841).
  • John Carroll University: Friday, October 10th from 10:00am until 1:00pm (leaving Tri-C at 9:30am)https://johncarrolluniversity.eventbrite.com

 Transfer Mixer

  • Join Tri-C faculty, staff, and students as we celebrate our academic achievements by wearing college clothing from our alma mater(s)! Wear a logo item from the four year school you have chosen to attend.
