More than 80% of Tri-C’s Human Services graduates are employed by the time they complete the program.Sixty-five percent go on to pursue a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Social Work, Counseling or Addiction Studies.
The future looks bright for Human Services graduates. With half of the current workforce in the field due to retire in the next five years, entry-level job opportunities are plentiful.
Entry-level pay rates
Graduates can expect to earn $22,000 to $28,000 for full-time entry-level Human Services positions, on par with the national average.
