Offers study abroad opportunities.  Under the Student Link it offers a section on Fact and Myths about studying abroad and a section on How to choose a Program.

Institute of International Education 
The institution promotes closer educational relations between the people of the United States and other countries by developing and administering programs like the Fulbright Program.

Charles Gliozzo from Michigan State University has written an overview of how to use financial aid and scholarships for study abroad.
Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program   
This scholarship provides awards for US undergraduate students who are receiving federal Pell Grant funding at a 2-year or 4-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.
Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarships 
The Rotary Foundation provides a scholarship program for study abroad. Scholarships are available for all levels of study, Application possible only through local Rotary Clubs.
