Free Resources on Conflict Resolution Education.
The Center is responsible for the global section of the collaborative website,,  funded by the National Judges Association (JAMS Foundation), George Gund Foundation, and the United States Department of Education. This web site provides free training materials and resources for educators, researchers, youth serving organizations, and policy makers. The Center developed a number of the online learning modules for teachers and is one of the provides of the National Conflict Resolution in Teacher Education (CRETE) trainings.

Northeast Ohio Juvenile Corrections Office (JCO) Pilot Curriculum
Under the coordination of the Global Issues Resource Center at Cuyahoga Community College, the Northeast Ohio Juvenile Detention Professional Development Project created a comprehensive pilot curriculum for entry level juvenile corrections staff. This 120 hour pilot curriculum attempts to address training deficiencies which often lead to high levels of staff turnover and increased operational costs.

Manual for Community Colleges Developing Programs in Peace and Conflict Studies
This manual is a product of a collaboration from meetings in 2009, 2010 and 2011 in which lessons learned on the process of developing programs, certificates, and degrees in the field for community colleges were shared. It is a resource for faculty and administrators authored by faculty and administrators.

 The Center has hosted two webinars for the Organization of American States for the 34 member countries of the Americas, including 1) Whole School Conflict Management Programs, and 2) Integrating Conflict Resolution Skills/Social and Emotional Learning into the Curriculum.
