The Performing Arts Academy offers private and group lessons in everything from dance to music for students from 3 years old to adult. Students of all experience levels and backgrounds will study with distinguished faculty artists who are passionate about determining students’ needs and strengths and maximizing those to provide the most rewarding experience possible. This varies from the group dance class full of young children seeking physically-based enrichment to the senior learner seeking to play in an ensemble setting and from the young virtuosic pianist seeking to gain a competitive edge to the high school musician whose heart lies in jazz studies.

The Performing Arts Academy’s Dance School provides students with opportunities to gain necessary skills for success — in school, college, further dance training, or whatever their future career choice may be. Taught by the area’s top professional dance instructors, the Dance School’s course offerings emphasize discipline, commitment, focus and fun! The Performing Arts Academy’s Music School nurtures appreciation and passion for one of the oldest and most popular forms of art. From classical piano, to jazz or rock and roll, our classes and individual instrument lessons examine all aspects of music: music reading, development of technical skills, sense of rhythm, and all of the elements that contribute to a successful performance. With additional activities such as concerts, lectures, and master-classes, students will learn the great beauty of the art of music and participate in an end-of the year recital. We invite you to discover the emotional power and intellectual stimulation of making music through the many opportunities provided by the Performing Arts Academy’s Music School.
