 Learn more about the PSEOP Program


There are 2 types of Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEOP) programs available during the academic year (the program is not available during summer):

        Option A – Funded by the student/family 
        Option B -  Funded by the state

Qualifications

All grade levels must:

  • Score at college level on the assessment test or submit ACT scores. (18 or above on the English section or 21 or above on the Math section)  ACT scores must be less than 2 years old to be considered. 
  • Achieve a 3.0 grade point average (gpa) in the subject area you want to register
  • Juniors and seniors must meet an overall 3.0 gpa requirement
  • Freshmen and sophomores must meet a 3.5 gpa requirement

How Do I Get Enrolled in PSEOP?

 

Step 1:

Print PSEOP application
Please contact the PSEOP representative of the campus you plan to attend if you have any questions

Step 2: Complete and submit a Tri-C PSEOP application-with high school guidance counselor signature
Step 3: Request high school transcript(s) to be submitted with application to to campus of your choice
Step 4:

Submit ACT scores or take placement test

Assessment Hours & Information

Students who wish to review prior to taking an assessment test can view sample questions at the following website: http://www.act.org/compass/sample/index.html

Step 5: Meet with high school guidance counselor after acceptance into the program and complete the Authorization to Attend form
Step 6: Schedule appointment with Tri-C PSEOP counselor to complete registration
