Awards:
Received annual Diversity Award from Employers Resource Council in 2004, which recognized Tri-C as "Best in class" for diversity among companies throughout Northeast Ohio.
Training:
The Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Employment Compliance conducts interactive training programs for managers and employees to provide a foundation in workplace issues. The programs cover topics like communicating with people of different cultures, recognizing sexual harassment, and getting along with a diverse workforce.
