The Job Link Services team recognizes the value of every student and we are guided by our continued commitment to maintain a culture that provides specialized support along with impeccable customer service to our student population and community constituents. We demonstrate this by: providing a portal system where strong community relationships yield a pipeline for student recruitment and employer engagement. JLS team members work with students to assess, teach work readiness and life skills, connect them to community resources, conduct career advising, job placement assistance and retention services as well as explore funding opportunities to defray the cost of tuition and fees. By maintaining this commitment, we are committed to working to support College staff and faculty to produce a pool of highly skilled talent for the workforce sector of Northeast Ohio.
