Saint Luke's Foundation supports nursing scholarships at Cuyahoga Community College
CLEVELAND – The Cuyahoga Community College Foundation has secured a grant in the amount of $100,000 from the Saint Luke’s Foundation for continued support of nursing scholarships for Tri-C students.
“The Cuyahoga Community College Foundation is so very pleased to receive the continued support of the Saint Luke’s Foundation,” Gloria Moosmann, vice president of Development and the Tri-C Foundation, said. “These funds will enable Cuyahoga Community College to provide scholarship support to approximately 50 students in critical need of financial support to access or continue their studies at the College. The Saint’s Luke’s Foundation has been a partner of the College and Foundation for more than a decade, helping us to improve community health outcomes and address health disparities by providing scholarships to increase access to the nursing program for residents of Northeast Ohio’s diverse community,” Moosmann said.
The Saint Luke’s Foundation Scholarship Fund of the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation was established by the Saint Luke’s Foundation of Cleveland, Ohio, to support students enrolled in the nursing program at Cuyahoga Community College. The Saint Luke’s Foundation provides leadership and support for the improvement and transformation of the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities of Greater Cleveland.
The Cuyahoga Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to secure funding opportunities for scholarships and educational program development and enhancement for Cuyahoga Community College.
